Our Full Service Floral Design offering is a tailored design experience where we step in as your creative partner. Guided by your aesthetic and the overall feeling of your day, we shape a cohesive floral vision that is layered, intentional, and reflective of you.

The process is thoughtful and collaborative, designed to feel seamless from the beginning. We take the time to understand what matters most, so you can stay present while we bring everything into place.

Full Service Includes:

Bespoke floral design planning, concept development and visual direction, expert floristry, access to our curated collection of vessels and décor, full design execution, delivery and on-site installation, as well as post-event breakdown and rental collection.

Full Service

  • We suggest six to twelve months, but we can absolutely work with a shorter timeframe! We do recommend placing a retainer as early as possible as we only take a limited number of events each week.

  • Before inquiring with us it’s important to have your wedding venue booked with your official wedding date as this impacts our availability, floral budget, and estimated guest count. We highly recommend having a wedding planner booked.

  • Not at all! We do recommend that you do a little research about the types of flowers and design you like as everyone’s taste is different. Even two inspiration photos can point us in the right direction.

    You don’t need to have thought through every detail, we are here to guide and manage your wedding florals. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options!

  • We suggest 10-15% of your total wedding budget for florals, but if you want flowers to be an impactful experience of your day, we recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to florals.

  • Yes, the season and weather conditions have a major impact on flower availability!

    Unfortunately, we cannot promise a specific flower and variety as it isn't guaranteed to be available as we’re on Mother Nature’s clock.

    If there is a specific flower you absolutely love typically available in your wedding month we will always try our hardest to source it. However, if not available we will share an informed flower substitution with a similar color/texture/aesthetic.

  • After receiving your vision board and proposal from us we allocate a 7-day soft hold on your date to remain flexible for others who may be considering our services on the same date.

  • We reserve three periods for adjusting and updating your order:

    First, can be an initial response to the sent Vision Board & Proposal to get your order to its perfect foundational starting point and to secure your date.

    The second period is when we connect two months before your wedding; at this time all design details, such as color palette, vessel selection, and overall theme will be finalized.

    The third period is allocated to you and your planner to communicate any small lasting changes to your order no later than 30 days out from your wedding. Ex. having one less table with floral decor on the floorplan.

  • As wedding florists, not only are we service-based vendors, but we’re also a premium-cost perishable goods vendor. Flowers have a short lifespan requiring a high amount of labor within a short amount of time to prep, design, and set-up.

    In short, the costs included within our full service not only include flowers, but also labor, time planning logistics/design/communicating, floristry resources, rentals, creativity, skills, experience, delivery, and clean-up.
